The Wind Fortress is a bonus level in Cave Story+ which you unlock when you get the best ending. It is also in the special Nintendo 3DS eshop version. Both have the same new modes, like Curly Story, and The Wind Fortress, just with different graphics. The 3DS version,{not to be confused with cave story 3D} is the origonal game with added modes, and full-screen. Cave Story+ has added modes, 16-bit graphics, and full-screen. Both are great!
